Eddie Henderson - Galaxy (Sunburst 1975)
Off the 1975 album Sunburst which was blocked sadly, the whole album is great but something about this song is especially brilliant and it immediately became one of my favorites. Pure atmospheric cosmic jazz that's both laid back and pretty wild. There seem to be a lot of great songs called Galaxy, the Japanese group The Players also have a great title track on the 1979 album Galaxy

Unknown Eduardo Del Barrio’s solo at the end of Himalayas (41:03) is one of the all time great fusion mini moog solos from that great era. Tremendous “outside” playing. Years ago I transcribed it

im 24 and i used to listen to this album every day as a baby and a kid it was my favorite music. i randomly heard a sample of it in a deaths dynamic shroud set i was listening to and instantly remembered the name of the album. its even more beautiful than i remember <3 so dreamy and magical. i am inking a comic right now and its the perfect album to listen to

40年前これを聞いてプロとアマの圧倒的な実力差を見せ付けられました。その後ピットインなどででライブを見たけどほんとにこのアルバムは当時のライブの熱気とエネルギーを見事に収録していてますね。本当に素晴らしい。
It's crazy to think that this is somehow Zao's worst album. I mean it is, but its still quite good. Zao are always a good time.

I love Prism, they are my favourite band of all time. All of there albums with Akira Wada & Ken Watanabe are masterpieces that deserve more recognition 👍
